Where do I start?

With four steps: cleanse, tone, serum and cream. The Orchard Routine Set boxes them together: Apple Cream Cleanser, Orchard Toning Water, Honey Glow Serum and Orchard Whipped Cream. Add eye care or a weekly mask once the basics feel easy. Our products are cosmetics for use on the skin, not medicines.

How do I use a serum and a moisturizer together?

On clean, dry skin, press in a few drops of serum, then follow with moisturizer. Morning, night or both. During the day, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Will it work for sensitive skin?

Every skin is different, so patch test first: apply a little to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. If you notice redness, itching or irritation, don't use it. Key ingredients are named on each product page, the full list is printed on the packaging, and our use and safety page has more.

What do orchard ingredients bring to a formula?

Apple fruit water, quince seed extract, honey and oat are gentle, familiar ingredients that make a formula feel fresh, soft and comfortable on skin. You'll find them across the range, next to skincare staples like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and squalane. Every ingredient is listed in full on the packaging.

How should I store my products?

Keep lids closed and store somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Use within the period-after-opening shown on the pack.

How long does shipping take?

We pack orders within one to two business days and ship within the United States. Standard tracked shipping is free, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of shipping, and we email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What's your return policy?

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.
